Free Shipping Australia Wide

Our Hampers are shipped via Trans-Direct using the next available courier. This is an authority to leave service and no responsibility will be taken on our behalf should an item not arrive. 

Orders will be dispatched within 24 hours except Fridays & Saturdays. Should an order be placed on these days, Hampers will dispatch on Monday.

Once booked in, we will issue a tracking number. 

In general, same-city deliveries arrive overnight and deliveries to nearby cities within 2-3 days.

This service is not an express or guaranteed overnight delivery service.

We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes & therefore require a residential or business address.

Returns

We are unable to accept returns and offer refunds due to 'change of mind' please note that all hampers and gifts are hand assembled and no two items will look the same. 

Should an item arrive faulty, please send us pictures within 2 days to our team at homewarehampers@outlook.com.au, so we can work with you to resolve any issues.

Please note that any returns required to us will be at your cost and we recommend the use of a reliable courier provider.
